Hello, it's been a minute, grief plus ADHD are not buddies. I am in ADHD paralysis because we have school thing for my son, and I am dreading telling them about my daughter. #adhd #grief #childloss #grievingparent

The holidays are hard. I miss him more now than when he died. Hallowe’en was our thing and that’s the beginning and it runs all the way through to his death day in February….
