Aerial photo of Grimes Elementary in Rogers, Arkansas, taken during my visit back in May. I couldn't help but notice how clean the roof is, and how that reflects the way that the school was originally built without air conditioning. In 1987. #grimeselementary #rogersarkansas

First thing that I did in Rogers was to make peace. Had a few words with Mrs. Carmical, my old elementary school principal. We had a rough working relationship, but she is now at peace, and I made sure that I was at peace with her, too. #restinpeace #grimeselementary #makingpeace
