thinking about how FFXIV players complained about relic weapons being too grindy and then they made them less grindy and now complain about having nothing to do because there's no relic grind
a friend of mine who's worked on a somewhat recent free multiplayer game says this about player feedback that I feel like is very astute

Elon has been bragging about his achievements in path of exile 2 and now there's hundreds of videos like this from people that know the game that looked at his streams and can tell he clearly doesn't know much and just paid someone to level his character
