Every year, I get excited about growing new (to me) plants, but there’s always a few that I get SUPER excited about. Penstemon grandiflorus, or large flowered beardtongue, is one of those. I never met a penstemon I didn’t like, but this color and the size of these flowers💚

As you might know I only put Hummingbird Feeders out from approximately Nov to May. I have plenty of native plants to give Hummers year round food. #GrowNatives but I feel better knowing when the cold starts they have this option. I set this down 3 minutes ago for the first time since May:
