She said in interviews that she'd been envisioning the album for years and years, so she may have mentally given herself a hard deadline of 2025. But then Matty happened, and The Anthology happened. The time she thought she'd be spending putting effort into TLOAS went into the chaotic genius of TTPD out of the blue. Utilizing precious limited time before a major 2025 release on a spur-of-the-moment emotional opus severely cut into her focus on the latest album, and we've seen those lackluster results. 5少 in_animate_objects • 16h ago Yeah I think it was because she wanted to move on from TPPD and if it was the last album she released it would ve been like she was still there and it didn't seem like a aood place for her
