Is Scottish Labour led by Anas Sarwar or Keir Starmer? A moot point until the two worlds collided so publicly yesterday. How will the Holyrood election campaign go - run by Starmerite Douglas Alexander to elect Starmer-sceptic Sarwar? Whit a guddle. Listen lesleyriddoch.com/podcast

A wonderful and entertaining #DuvetKnowItsChristmas eve and Centrepoint donation made.
No unusual sleeping arrangements required here but relieved to see that cluttered and guddle-ridden domestic spaces are universal.

Canada will never look at the US in the same way again. Europe will never look at the US in the same way again. Whatever the ultimate fall-out, even if the insane economic plan bears unlikely fruit, even if a path is found through the diplomatic guddle, the US we knew is gone, and that's incredible.

Guddler [GUHD-ler]
(n.)
1. A muddled affair; a mix-up; confusion.
2. A greedy drinker, one who is overly fond of liquor.

From “guddle” (to drink much and greedily)

Used in a sentence:
“By the time we finally arrived, the whole affair was a total guddler; nobody had any idea what was going on!”

What are we going to do about HIM? Justin Tipping's sports horror movie for Jordan Peele's Monkeypaw imprint is such a wayward guddle of half-baked sub-Suspiria conspiracy nonsense and gore ,you'd probably be better skipping in favour of just about anything else 2/5

The SNP have made a guddle of Scotland’s public services.

Everywhere you look, it’s a mess of the SNP’s making.

On May 7th, vote for Scottish Labour to fix the SNP’s guddle.

Love that we are seeing Chris and Là Voix! Beautiful American Smooth but one of the lifts was a bit of a guddle. Legs were messy. But given that there was a technical muck up the start it was fantastic. #scd #strictly

Here's my effort

Christmas Dinner
In vorfreude, we wallow, Christmas table aglow,
Hands guddle for trinkets, festive drinks flow.
We yaffle our way through the feast till we're done,
Sobremesa settles when tall tales are spun.
