Learned two new #boardgames at local game night. Guildlands was a meh tile laying game. Castle Combo was good: draft 9 cards into a 3x3 grid, trying to maximize what each card scores by row, column, or other condition. Good decision space. 3 player, 45 minutes, 7/10.

What a great night. We had our pre-lauch party in Toronto for Guildlands (the official launch being at #GenCon2025).

Over 50 people in attendance. It was a great mix of retailers, content creators, and inventors - including the game's designers Ken Boyter and Kedric Winks.
