I did have a little knee-jerk panic until I saw the price etc is still a good deal, and the 30 day Ultimate brings it into parity with DC's offering. I do get people being a little gunshy as digital comics announcements have historically been awful or enshittification of previously good services.

I didn't play it cause it seemed so on the nose it turned me off. I was kinda interested awhile ago though because I looked at a map of the world, but then something came out about the developer and I kinda got gunshy about it? But yeah it seems like it'd be very relevant.

Sorry, I’ve had people yelling at me for my acknowledgments section being too casual, so I may be a little gunshy these days. The answer is simply that I reeeeally wouldn’t interpret anyone’s behavior as one thing or another predicated on the assumption they have basic mob stats.
