My body is an a**hole. It thinks that the best way to celebrate having pushed through the last couple of exhausting weeks to finally have gotten the worst finished is to give me excruciating back- and neckpain and, of course, a headache. So no #hARToween from me today, but I hope tomorrow.

Slow start to the day for me.

I woke up with a cluster headache and tension pain in my neck combo so I spent most of it waiting for Excedrin to kick in. 😩

It's still hanging about but I can at least work through it now.
