A Copic colored piece of Mitsuba and Kou from toilet bound hanako-kun! It is a drawn representation of a print-out Polaroid style photograph, with the implication that Mitsuba is holding the camera in his good arm. He is leaning over to kiss Kou on the cheek, who looks surprised but not upset about it. They are standing in front of a blue sky backdrop with clouds.
