The more I go down the autistic rabbit hole listening to and watching Shaker worship, the more I think we need to revive this for autistic people. I could concentrate in church if everything was accompanied by stilted stomping dances like this!

If you're like me and your autism is of the can't-sit-still type, but you're trying to do some prayer and meditation every day and it's just not working cause you need to stim: I highly recommend going somewhere people won't laugh at you and doing a Shaker dance.
