Fourth booth from that Saturday at the Longmont Farmers Market. Crooked Roots Farm, out of Longmont. 40mm at f/8, exposure held back. Near-black eggplants have no detail to give you, so the highlights along the skins are the only thing describing their shape.

one of my children is somehow like... guest appearing on a team in the snooty expensive league in a game in a crazy rich suburb so i'm gonna need y'all's help deciding which statement tshirt to wear to it

But the student-created posters recruiting for various clubs were endearingly old-school. Some were hand-drawn and lettered, running out of room near the edge of the page so the letters were squished together. Some were even in crayon.
