My day today was mostly spent taking my mother-in-law to medical appointments, in between I stopped off at Weston Shore hoping to see a Slavonian Grebe that had been reported. When I first arrived it was distant but gradually came closer giving excellent views - a cracker! #ukbirding #hantsbirding

Just done my training run, heard and saw 4 woodlark, cuckoos, 2 tree pipits, skylarks, linnets, yellowhammers and a wheatear n loads Where did I go? Into the new forest nah just around my village Mottisfont, amazing how managing farmland can bring back wildlife #hantsbirding
