Did you know there's a hardmod you can do to replace the 3G module with an internal microSD card slot? Now you know.
Makes it the best Vita since you get microSD storage but can keep access to the game card slot.

It doesn't have to be that way. With FreeMcBoot, you can boot off a USB stick or HDD with an adapter. But if you want to go the physical route, you can hardmod them with a modchip. I did one of these beauties for a friend recently, and it works great for him!

there might be a point in time that a console is truly unhackable
i mean it took TWENTY YEARS to hack the xbox 360's hypervisor using only software (however people have been able to hardmod the console since forever ago and many things are already preserved)

The 3G functionality doesn't work anymore, but you can hardmod this model to replace the 3G internals with a MicroSD card reader.

Some added context - Dude was super excited to show me his first hardmod but I pointed out the custom BIOS wasn't running.
Turns out D0 wasn't wired up and the chip was installed backwards! Soldered that up for him, FRAG, but disconnected it was fine. Recommended redoing the pinheader joints.

also i didn't know capture cards were so inexpensive nowadays. i thought i had to hardmod my switch to be able to stream from it but apparently not.
it's just hook up my switch to capture card, hook it up to computer and go.

at this point im just gonna hardmod my 360 to play cracks of 15 year old AAA games cause why bother pissing away my money if theyre not gonna deliver anything worth a shit. i'll save my hard earned cash for indie devs
