mpls locals (but applicable to other areas) -- current overdose spike being reported & one of the substances noted is cocaine. if you're using (regardless of daily or every so often), please try to have fentanyl test strips to test your drugs & have naloxone handy. #drugsky #harmreductionsky

medsky, drugsky, pharmsky, harmreductionsky -- any word on a variation of bad batch cocaine (not fentanyl related) that would lead to ongoing issues with mentation & functioning close to 3 weeks post most recent use? no concern re: bullae or necrosis either (r/o levamisole?). links welcome as well!

Anyone see the new SAMHSA “dear colleague” letters drop today? More pro-death policy further annihilating fed funding for live saving harm reduction like fentanyl and xylazine test strips, never use alone-type hotlines and treatment like PEP/PrEP?! May they all rot in hell.
