My next door neighbor & I each cook dinner for the other once a week & deliver the meal to each other’s house. It means we each have to make a decent, healthy-ish, balanced meal once a week, and we each have one night when we know we’re getting a good meal with no work or planning.

I suppose I could do an "oh fuck we should probably eat something tonight" reminder with the knowledge that lots of us have no appetite and/or no energy to figure out something like food.
