I went in a little trek along the river yesterday to see if I could fine wild American liquorice in the snow. Also found way too much tansy (it’s invasive here) and some lovely red osier dogwood.

I’m halfway through it at the moment, but so far so good. I’ve got lots to learn, so I appreciate that she incorporates a lot of reflection and self-assessment questions to help me build and understand my practice. It also has one of the most practical discussions about hedgeriding I’ve seen so far.
