Some of the sigils in the Hekataeon are a bugger to draw. Don't get me wrong, the process is fun but I can see myself ordering another ream of paper just so I can practice drawing some of these suckers until I dont fuck them up by accident

Im telling you, Jack Grayle missed a trick by not selling boxes of resources for each book of the Hekataeon it would make sourcing some of these things much easier.

The one thing i find a little daunting about the Hekataeon is the shopping list of things im going to need for the tools. Hence why im desperately looking for birch trees in my area. Its either that or im going back to the yew tree in the graveyard again, and how much can you really ask of one tree?

Aome of the ingredients in the Hekataeon are going to be interesting to acquire, but the one that's going to give me the most trouble is an iron dagger. All the local blacksmiths and classes I can find work with steel, but this specifies iron. It's time to dig deeper, i think.

Ok, just a brief skim of the Hekataeon, and oh my, that's a path and a half to walk. Beautiful writing, though. And mum kind of wants to steal the book just for the colour of the cover. I do have to look for the sigil for the rite of the infernal blade, though.

I suppose if im going to seriously start studying the Hekataeon, I should look for a statue for Hekate. Let's see what we can find.

I love my mother. She heard me bitching to my friend Mike about the Hekataeon and managed to track down the trade version and order it before I ended the call. Im still going to make her take the money for it though. If only for my conscience.

Prolly gonna dig out my copy of the Hekataeon and re-work through it this year. Same with other Hekate centered content. Especially with how angry I am.

I'm also gonna be very liberal with the mute/block buttons going forward. I don't have the patience for the petty bullshit I've been seeing.
