today i learned cyborgs just punch you when you get too close, and i almost teared up thinking about how that's probably where the automatons picked up their helldiver-punching tendencies

Oh man, Helldivers1 has a local coop! Like Windward, feels not very approachable for casual gaming though.

Shovel Knight has a local coop?! Synthetik 1, but not 2, sadpanda. Binding of Isaac added semi-recently. Nobody Saves the World has 2p.
