Although H!P managers these days rarely show themselves publicly, the exception was Morning Musume's very first manager Wada Kaoru. Joining UP-FRONT in 1987, he supervised the group through it's first 4 generations and is considered to be Morning Musume's foster parent. #HelloProject30th

When new members join a lot of emphasis is put on correctly holding a mic and more importantly not dropping it. Although this may seem obvious, performance microphones are very expensive so members are taught to treat them as their most precious possession. #helloproject30th
