Nbd it's just that like 85% of Americans support legalizing weed and roughly the same number oppose the construction of new jails 2-3x bigger than our current jails everywhere but what we're getting is no legal weed AND no legal hemp AND new jails 2-3x bigger than our current ones everywhere

Today, Texas banned delta-8, delta-10 and other hemp-derived THC products—recriminalizing products that were legal for years while low-dose delta-9 remains legal.

Where were Joe Rogan, Willie Nelson and the other famous advocates? Veterans and Texans living with chronic pain will pay the price.

This is deeply misleading. The agricultural section of the bill does NOT ban hemp-derived cannabinoid products that contain less than .3% THC total. www.cannabisbusinesstimes.com/hemp/news/15...
