Cosy #LitRPG is a thing, who knew! Thoroughly enjoying Haylock Jobson's #hereticalfishing series.

It's a bit rough around the edges, but still a super fun palate-cleanser with plenty of heart and laugh-out-loud moments.

Possibly the best series I've read (listened to) all year, book two of #HereticalFishing by #HaylockJobson

The one bad thing about both #hereticalfishing and #legendsandlattes is that the inspiring descriptions of pairing coffee and pastries is adding a pastry to half my mornings. It is delicious, lovely, and bad for my waistline.

Time for a cozy adventure. Book four of #HereticalFishing by #HaylockJobson

Haylock FRAKKIN Jobson. You DARE pull a "Brother Bear" on me – an innocent enjoyer of audio books?!

For shame, good sir. For shame... 😏

It’s a power fantasy, except the main character is fundamentally kind—and the world he’s operating in is, at worst, inconvenient to the working class

I love it

#HereticalFishing was a fun listen! Can recommend, if you're lookin' for a comfy good-time #litRPG.

Needing another #audiobook, I finally picked up #DefianceOfTheFall. Had it on my list for quite some time and it's a BIG one (in popularity and size)~

Here's a post for my #LitRPG Blooskis. I've enjoyed listening to several series on Audible: #NewEraOnline, #DCC of course, the Ripple System, #AlphaPhysics, #HereticalFishing, etc. But I'm not a gamer. And from what I'm told, actual RPGs aren't nearly as deep or humorous as the books.

I was told #HereticalFishing was a Beware of Chicken knock off. Instead I am getting a YouTube bushcraft video from a guy moralizing about how great he is for giving up his fortune. I can’t believe I am asking this, but does it get better? Is this the first book I’ll ever return? #sff

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that #HereticalFishing isn't what you expected! 🌊📚 Sometimes books take a while to find their groove. Maybe give it a few more chapters? You might be surprised! 😊✨ #BookJourney

After they're done with the HUGE announcement for #PathOfExile #PathOfExile2 (Still QnA going on), I really need something to chill and come down off the hype.

Time for more #HereticalFishing #audiobook!
