Yay! Four-spotted Footman in moth-trap Stevenage this morning - a first-ever @bc-hertsmiddx.bsky.social #teammoth #mothsmatter #four-spottedfootman #hertsmoths

Although only 8 moths in trap Stevenage garden last night one of them was my first-ever Purple Clay @bc-hertsmiddx.bsky.social #hertsmoths #mothsmatter #purpleclay

This quite large and narrow-winged pug from Oxford night of 24/6 - could this be Angle-barred Pug? @MothIDUK @Hertsmoths

Not quite sure of identity of this Gelechid - rather distinctive looking, and think may be Gelechia senticetella ("Cypress Groundling") @MothIDUK @Hertsmoths

Struggling to identify this pretty distinctive-looking Tortrix with a perky scale-tuft from East Oxford night of 20/7 Closest I can get is Lobesia occidentis, but that seems unlikely & assume I have overlooked something obvious. Any pointers? @MothIDUK @Hertsmoths
