OPCW report S/1548/2017 contains the results of the analysis of the filling plugs, which includes the sealed interiors of the plugs, which shows the presence of hexamine, confirming hexamine was present when the munitions were filled with sarin precursors (which are mixed inside the munition)

Those round things that look like big lolipops, are TM-62 Soviet AT mines, turned into bombs. They contain about 17lb of RDX (Hexamine) explosives.
