I think it positively impacts gdp growth/productivity. I think profits go down. Ie that we see both growth and margin compression along a host currently high margin of industries. But yes in that world inflation particularly has to get crushed which is good for bonds.

The firms that folded were already trending better than the resisting firms, since they were more likely to specialize in high-revenue areas like mergers & acquisitions and other finance.

But even accounting for these trends, resisting firms see lower revenue & profit growth in the short term

Here is the Big Barn fault crossing the parking lot of The Woodlands High School in The Woodlands, Texas USA. It is a down-to-the-basin normal fault, a typical Gulf Coast growth fault. Faults like this are not seismogenic, but their continuous movement causes much damage to infrastructure and houses

As the article notes, this surge in debt is largely caused by Beijing's need to maintain investment at an extraordinarily high 40% of GDP if it is to achieve its politically-determined growth targets, even though a rising share of this investment is funding economically non-viable projects.

Do I hope I reach more who like these games? Of course I do, I rely on streams to get by

My enjoyment is a high priority however, I want to play games I love & to share that love with people

If I cared only for growth I'd be playing stuff I don't care for for popularities sake & I'd be miserable

Yeah...the worst case scenarios were based on low innovation/economic growth, high population growth, an energy mix which was largely based on brown coal, and no scalable mitigation until the end of century.

Don’t think there’s much evidence that an airport would improve growth. Any high value trips to London that might bring foreign investment (the channel that most papers find that raises growth) are already happening.

But whose projections? They are using someone's projections of population growth and counting IMAGINARY PEOPLE In other words, there are not 2,000,000 gone. There are two million imagined persons supposedly not born, yet the birth rate is at an all time high. smh It is propaganda.

The recent rise in the Dollar is entirely due to rate differentials, i.e. markets think the US is best positioned to weather high oil prices. So they price a more hawkish Fed and better growth trajectory. That all changes when war ends and oil prices fall...
