Bring in the pool noodles‼️

Yesterday I taught my students proper form for variety of strength training exercises. The noodles were a great resource to use in their case.

Helped lead a warm-up in which the students completed a 4-minute #tabata getting their heart rates up and warming up their muscles in preparation for a full period cardio and strength training activity.

The “Hula Hoop Workout” was a great way to get my kids moving and utilize a piece of equipment that HS doesn’t get to use that often.
