with the backlash over the years regarding preservatives, they don't last as long as you'd remember. I bought a spicy hirassa mustard & forgot it was in the cupboard. Was expired for 3 mo before I noticed. Never even got to try it. I buy the Franks Singin Honey Garlic seasons that I DO use. Expired.
