Morning walk-run, kept it at a ratio of 2 miles of running to a mile of walking, the knee felt good and no pain or discomfort. Half way during the run I stopped at a Dutch Bros for a cold brew and then kept on going.

My Hoka Clifton 10's that I ordered last week arrived today, and I was able to take them out for their first run. My knee, legs and lower back were happy. I realized that my post about my run I said they were the Clifton 9's 🤦
