gonna blurt it out but man I kinda wish I was a little more excited for the new holos but I'm worn down by discourse that *every* problematic decision cover makes is ontologically evil (of which I admit 30% I'd agree with) and not the result of fucked up world economics

Ordered a Pokemon card Tarot deck, and the seller asked my favorite mons so they could try to include some holos of them. I have actually never finished a Pokemon game but I love the idea of a huge number of varieties of whimsical creatures running around the Pokeverse. And I've seen the one movie.

The cross-set collection update was seemingly universal, so i doubt they'd come out with that just to revert it for DXB. But even with that, collecting all the new reverse holos is gonna be a CHORE

One thing which has always fascinated me in the (original) #StarWars films was that no one seemed to be ever _reading_. They were either watching holos or listening to (recorded?) messages. A world without the written sign—except for the odd labels here and there on spaceship dashboards.
