Today's harvest... Yummy! #hydroponics #homegrownisbest

Barely a dent in my monster courgette, but tasty nonetheless: courgette brownies.

Spinach is doing really well, too. Hydroponics can be so awesome! 😎 #hydroponics #selfsufficiency #homegrownisbest

Getting Ripe!!! They are so yummy 😎 More will ripen soon. I am so glad I decided to try strawberries this year. #hydroponics #homegrownisbest #selfsufficiency

Strawberries are really looking good! 1st ripe berry was small but so very sweet I am told. I gifted the 1st berry of 2025 😎. I have plans to start up several hydroponic setups - pics will posted when ready. #hydroponics #selfsufficiency #homegrownisbest

Salmon fillet marinading in lemon juice, thyme (from my garden) and wild garlic butter. Will oven bake. Homegrown spuds in the steamer with green beans. Looking forward to eating it all 😋

There is joy in growing your own food. The taste of fresh picked strawberries. Yummy salad greens - so rewarding. The promise of fresh tomatoes with the appearance of the first fruit on the vine. May your day shine for you & yours. #homegrownisbest #hydroponics #happygardening

I can try - here in NWFL gets so hot very little can thrive. My strawberries are in a screen house. Hopefully, the fans will be enough. #hydroponics #homegrownisbest

The rain held off long enough today to plant the lettuce row. Romain, buttercrunch, and tendergreen bibb 🥬🥬🥬
