I sometimes have to pinch myself that I am lucky enough to live in such a breathtakingly beautiful place. In the countryside, just outside of the fabulous town of Montefalco, Umbria is where we call home - and have done for the past 15 years (this coming summer.) Always grateful.

Indeed profit etc... but AFAIK BTR developments can be all inclusive - gym, parcel lockers, WiFi (so appeal to the busy professionals???).
Such developments are NOT for the disadvantaged, the poorer end of the housing market.
