Also Hoopla. God help you if you eliminate Hoopla. Library patrons already get upset if we have to reduce Hoopla checkouts to cut costs.
I can think of few more effective ways to make America’s wine moms even more willing to hunt MAGAs than they already are than “taking away access to LIBBY online library services”

Reminder that not only do library systems have physical media (& many also lend tools, electronics etc), your library card may give you access to streamers Kanopy and Hoopla. We just watched Francis Ford Coppola’s adaptation of The Rainmaker via a hoopla the other night. Pretty good!

Reminder that not only do library systems have physical media (& many also lend tools, electronics etc), your library card may give you access to streamers Kanopy and Hoopla. We just watched Francis Ford Coppola’s adaptation of The Rainmaker via a hoopla the other night. Pretty good!
I can’t stop thinking about all the hoopla over removing confederate statues and the phony appeals to “heritage.” But this is done without discussion. It was always about displays of dominance.
