I would point out that mass deportations were framed as something that would create affordable hosuing bc the "illegals" are stealing your home loans
But we're deep into mass deportations and I've yet to see stories landlords decreasing rent, young couples suddenly having deposit money, etc

ゆっくりと過ごすために家具はあまりおかず最低限の装飾にしています。
基本的にはソファに入り浸る形で時折入って横のカウンターで軽食や飲み物を取る感じで過ごすことをイメージしてます。

Saanich’s Hosuing Needs Report, Saanich’s Housing Targets, and disaggregated vacancy rates show there’s unmet Hosuing needs.
It’s not job done, it might be a challenging economic environment, but it’s a sure sign there is a lot more work to do on housing in Saanich and our Region!

Rutal areas don't have much of a housing problem. Believe it or not, homelessless is the lowest in the poorest places in the country, and highest in the richer ones. That's because it's caused purely by hosuing affordability, not by drugs, mental illness, or even plain poverty.

I spent a lot of time when I was involved in the far-right trying to help white nationalists be better at being people.. not the racist part obviously. I provided hosuing in the Kalispell PLE for many. I helps some get into FVCC, I helped some get jobs, etc.. they never lasted at any endeavor...ever

From those vacations homes, we also don't get income tax or other state taxes they might pay other than year round property taxes that they don't really get a say in but rich people get a say in whatever they want. Taxing the shit out of them would cause many to sell and help w/our hosuing problem.😁
