I'd probably go with a hypergeometric calculator for this! Set Population Size (size of deck) to 99, Sample Size to 13 (7 opening hand + 6 draws), Successes in Sample to 1, and then start dialing up Successes in Population until you find a success rate you're happy with aetherhub.com/Apps/HyperGe...

We're listing our most fear-inducing functions. While I could flex and say something obscure like "Legendre functions of the second kind" - whatever they are - it's actually hypergeometric functions. They've got subscripts on both sides, lots of arguments, and there are entire books about them.
if i ever see the zeta function coming, i start shaking because i know i'm about to witness some fucked up number theory (equivalently: analytic number theory)
what function is the biggest jumpscare to you. i'll go first, clear choice for me at least it's obviously the gamma function.
