#hyperlactation
That was just something that hyperlactation wanted to do. I wasn't involved with making the animation at all, I just drew the original.

Well, cup size does not determine how many gallons but by hormonal responses and in women woth hyperlactation syndrome can purduce about 200 to 225 ounces (roughly 5.9 to 6.7 liters, or about 1.75 gallons) so right around there. Maybe

Temporal preggo TF creams would be cool. Coming in different "flavors" like early or late stage pregnancy. Or like a fast gestation version where you go from zero to last month in like a week. Or amount of fake babies that should be growing in you or hormonal induced hyperlactation.

Imagine a contest for cows in which they're given a large flask of hyperlactation potion each and left inside a room along with some hungry slimes that seek to feed on their milk... The last cow standing gets a prize

"Attacks of Hyperlactation Syndrome are particularly hard to predict, as the physiological state, and even the mood of the patient have a great impact on their severity : To be blunt, this condition gives to 'love conquers all' an all new meaning..."

I guess my kink is milking a girl suffering from hyperlactation until a better solution presents itself (we both enjoy it but afraid to admit it<-- important part)

After research

There's 120 women who are getting milked and seem to have a condition called hyperlactation syndrome where on average they'll produce 1.75-2 gallons of milk a day each of them will work for 4days which means they're producing 960 gallons of breast milk a week

Dow: Breast dysbiosis/subacute mastitis -> disruption to normal microbiome
- can be caused by hyperlactation, pumping, medications eg. antibiotics
- overgrowth of coagulase -ve Staph forms thick biofilm inside ducts -> shooting pain & blebs

Mammary Dysbiosis connect.springerpub.com/content/sgrc...
Mammary Dysbiosis: An Unwelcome Visitor During Lactation
Mastitis can be an unwelcome and debilitating visitor to breastfeeding mothers. The mammary gland has its own microbiome that can be affected by reduced polymorphonuclear neutrophil recruitment during the first 3 months postpartum, as well as the receipt of antibiotics during the last trimester of pregnancy. This can leave the breast vulnerable to pathologic bacterial overgrowth. Mammary dysbiosis is a process whereby the population of potential pathogens increases at the expense of the normal mammary microbiota. Multiresistance to antibiotics plus tricky evasion techniques engaged in by bacterial agents can result in microbes that are elusive to antibiotic therapy. Therefore, new strategies are needed for the treatment of this threat to continued breastfeeding. Bacteriotherapy, targeting harmless bacteria to displace pathologic organisms, is an emerging therapeutic intervention that uses probiotics instead of antibiotics. Once more high-quality clinical trials of strain-specific probiotics have been conducted, bacteriotherapy may move into mainstream mastitis treatment.
