I've got a 5.5G iPod that originally came with an 80GB hard drive. I swapped the drive out for an iFlash Quad (currently with two 128GB SD cards in it) and replaced the battery with a larger capacity one.

Update: I managed to open up the iPod and verify that there is a new battery and there is an iflash mod in it. Unfortunately, my hand took a bloody beating.

Kinda random but I'm kinda debating about going through and modding my moms old ipod classic 7th gen she gave me. It's battery and hard drive are both shot. I could get an iflash mod and bigger battery. Debating about doing that on stream. Maybe start trying more hand cam content.

7th gen logic board with a 5th gen midframe, an EOE Atomic "Aqua Blue" faceplate, 3800 mAh battery, iFlash Quad with a 256gb micro SD and a thick backplate.
I was originally gonna' go with a thin backplate but I coudln't fit it all in lol
