Litt fra Enebakk om hvor vanskelig det er å få fylkesråd med på fartsgrenser som tar hensyn til andre en bilen. Jeg er spent på hva svaret blir her. Så lenge jeg har bodd i kommunen her, har fylket kun bilen og fart i sine tanker.
