One created not for the champion of Akadi but Iallanis, the cloud giant goddess. Channeling the lightning that coursed through her body, she held the trident tight at plunged it into the undead dragons head. Granting him the mercy of a quick death and letting him rest for good. (2/3)

Iallanis, the giant goddess of peace and mercy, was the inspiration for her dream guardian originally.
If Maerana didn't have intelligence as a dump stat, she'd notice that who she shared a moment with and the guardian in the armour who looked far more orcish, may not have both been the Emperor.

She's been changing since the clouds delivered their lighting to bless her during the fight with Ansur. Maerana jokes that she's a "One-and-a-Halfling" as she grows but she must find who blessed her, with Shadowheart's help. All signs point to Iallanis so she must find her way to the giants above.
