Both long-term iberdomide (7-day) and acute (6-hour) iberdomide treatment induced the strongest differential TF binding at IKZF1/ETS1 motifs. This suggests direct competition between IKAROS and ETS1 at enhancers of immune genes (7/8).

Same mechanism of action, once we/they actually understood the mechanism of action they could tune to make more effective versions. Thalidomide < lenalidomide < pomalidomide < iberdomide ~ megizidomide. Question is where they all end up in the care continuum given efficacy, side effects, and cost
