Fascinating study, unpacked by Eric Topol, about how T cells change as we age - & possibly the mechanism of how exposure to viral infections, inflammation, & related damage of cardiovascular & metabolic disease impacts longevity.

I think it depends on whether your immune system has previously been exposed to related strain or not.
It's been four hours now. I can just about feel a little soreness around the injection site.

BARI’s Daniel Mordes and Julie Smeyers unpack how low TBK1 raises risk for ALS and related dementias. Cells can’t clear junk as well, and the brain’s immune cells get out of balance. Helpful look at a dual problem.

Aside from immune system related issues I guess you can also look at other sources like chronic stress and high levels of inflammation, etc. It's especially really difficult to figure out your body when you could have numerous things going on.. mental health struggles, long history of headaches, etc

A cancer-promoting protein helped engineered CAR T cells slow or stop tumor growth in lab tests and mice. Activating PPARD produced the effect, including in tumors grown from patient tissue.
Cancer-promoting protein also helps engineered immune cells fight tumors in lab tests
Colorectal cancer has become the leading cause of cancer-related death for people under 50. Its most common forms generally aren't treatable, either through conventional means like chemotherapy or newer immunotherapy drugs.

Seems to be related to exposure, and the fact that my face is a mess right now (but mending) would hint that I got something in my diet that my immune system didn't appreciate. Wish I had some idea what.

...but I am mending, so hopefully I'll be quite ludicrously insane again soon.
