So something about me is that I like coming up with stories for stuff and well
I’m working on a personal rewrite of the astrobot games
By giving the world some lore and giving our titular Astro a whole team, here’s some art I made for it #astrobot #art #artist #playstation #imsocringe
A poster for one of the stories the rewrite showcases It has two robots one being Astro and the other being a new character named oxid depicted at the bottom, standing, holding hands fearing the adventure they’re going to face, behind them towers the outlines of space bully Nebulax (or gigabyte as he’s called in this rewrite) an evil space alien with motives of destroying the universe and his hands are reaching up to a sentient cpu Everything’s surrounded by outlines of different popular PlayStation characters as robots A stylistic 2D meadow that is inspired of the game locoroco Beneath the tree Astro (who is depicted as a giant blob locoroco) and oxid (who dresses up as a mui mui) seem to be resting, on the other side of the tree sits a red robot who’s similar to the two previous bot’s designs sitting and playing a ukulele, other locoroco inspired bots and set pieces are scattered across the place A sketch of Astro and oxid as spike and casi from ape escape (Young anime boy with spiky red and a red shirt armed with a net, and a green haired cybernetic anime girl)
