Trying to learn double faced tablet weaving. This is like my 5th attempt at the letter B and I’m giving up for today. The online resources are fragmented and scattered so it’s hard to figure out what I’m doing wrong. I think it’s a tension or warping issue more than a pattern issue.

Something quite nice about the inklette loom: you can use it on your lap while watching a documentary. Fun fact this was one about Vikings and they also talked about the Oseberg ship. There they found some tablet weaving and tablets from the ninth centuary.

Starting my longest band yet. This is going to replace the adjustable strap on the little purse I use in spring and summer! Going to sample 4 different flower patterns to coordinate with the flowers all over the purse! 🧶 #weaving #bandweaving #inkleloom
