I had to go back 3 times: 1) Had to order my "actual" birth certificate from S. F. (the one with inkprints of my newborn feet, wouldn't do, they required the duplicate that literally anyone could order.) 2) Needed to order a marriage certificate because I had changed my name. 3) Passport required
