Today's cursed knowledge that might help a random internet searcher:
1. You can't embed alpha values in inkscape palettes (because GIMP format)
2. Inkscape can read alpha values embedded in a SVG ("document swatches" palette)
3. It will read them in the reverse order than you'd want

#30DayMapChallenge Day 3 - Polygons. Rather than doing this all in #rstats it was easier to get all the state highways in part near the coast, export as pdf, then use human judgement to remove the unwanted sections in Inkscape leaving the two polygons I wanted.

Me he levantado creativo. Añadido efecto de explosión, efectos de sonido, música... y corregidos algunos bugs menores.
Todo está hecho a mano, con Godot, Inkscape y Audacity. Salvo la música de fondo, que la he sacado de OpenGameArt.

I'd like to say - GIMP or PhotoGIMP has basically most of the necessary features that Photoshop has, just not the AI slop, so does Inkscape with Illustrator.
