Got up and chugged a tall glass of water, took my ODT melatonin, crawled back into my warm bed, reset my audiobook timer (and skipped back to where I fell asleep), ready to slip on my Manta blackout sleep mask, (seriously, get yourself one for midday naps!) NITE!

Worth getting if you can pick one up cheap. It does EVERYTHING. I have a couple of Innerclock Systems units too which are fantastic, but more of a faff to set up.
