We should absolutely have rigorous and thorough systems of evaluation to improve our instruction where necessary and limit harmful forms of instruction, but that's largely inter-departmental policy rather than some sort of customer model.

As many people have said, the more AI degrades college instruction, the more you'll see elite institutions respond to the demand for artisanal, bespoke old-school teaching as the rest of the world has to suffer with the chatbots
