How the fuck can I understand Interlingua perfectly but get only half of Intergermanic. I think it proves that English is a creole.

The statuses of my conlang projects:

Intergermanic - Completed, subject to a few modifications
Interbaltic - Under development (WIP)
Unnamed constructed language and other fictional languages - planned

If Interlingua clicks instantly but Intergermanic doesn’t, that’s because English ditched Germanic grammar, went full Romance vocab, and duct-taped it together—textbook creole behavior, just with an empire-sized marketing budget.

The potential of intergermanic languages shenanigans is limitless 😂

I am starting on a project about intergermanic languages, and some of the variants of folksprak, their documents are copyrighted. But I want to talk about these contributions too.

Aye, ah learning a wee bit o Scots. The only wirds ah ken are:
Baltic -means really cold
A wee bit - a little bit
Ken - know
Scran - food
Some Scots wirds com frae Germanic an ah kin speak Intergermanic (the leid ah shape), so they are similar.
But like everyone, I can get this wrong sometimes (1/2)

why am I making a weird intergermanic conlang based on my relative knowledge of modern & old english, german, swedish, and bits of nynorsk? i dont know but it occupies my mind toying with the forms of words and emphasizing commonalities while learning more of the actual existing languages
