I worry that the way NON-right-wing media and politicians have been going overboard “honouring” Charlie Kirk’s life after his unquestionably horrible death may be doing more to normalize Kirk’s white nationalism, many intolerances, & blatantly anti-democratic work than most things we’ve seen so far.

OMFG my daughter is allergic to EVERYTHING and we have yet to eat somewhere where a single phone call doesn't result in "Let's see what the chef can do" - yeah, sometimes we bring her her own meal, but only when the chef is like "Well shit, ALL of it touches butter at some point"

Told a friend it's easier for me to bring my own food, because of my recently found food allergies/intolerances, when I'm occasionally invited to tea. Really the only thing I'm intolerant of is her letting her cat all over the kitchen worktops while she's preparing food.
