I need help with an aging Bruker ion trap mass spectrometer. I need to replace the glass (entrance) capillary. Bruker doesn't carry them anymore, but says Agilent made them. Agilent won't even talk to me because it's not one of their instruments. Ideas, anyone?

Ever seen a photo of a single atom? That tiny speck is a laser-cooled Sr+ ion floating between electrodes—captured on camera! Wild, right? What part of this blows your mind most? #atomicclocks #iontrap #lasercooling #quantumcomputing #singlestrontiumatom
Is the Single Strontium Atom Photo Real?
The single strontium atom photo is real. It shows a single, laser-cooled Sr+ ion held between electrodes in an ion trap and made to glow by laser-induced fluorescence, which a standard camera can record in a long exposure. You are seeing light scattered by that atom, not a resolved image of its physical size or structure. What is the single strontium atom photo?
