Even after the week I've had, I still weighed in at a pretty low weight. 227.4lbs! I thought I would have jumped to 235-240. At least, going into the new week, it won't be too bad.

The Salvia and marigolds are still blooming and the honeybees and bumblebees are still coming around. We are supposed to have 20’s at night next week and snow Monday, that will finish the last of the flowers. I will miss them. 🐝 #nature #autumnflowers #itsalmostover
